think everything will be ok? The fact is that death and injury is a fact of life for motorcycle riders. If you have ever taken a spill at 25 mph, then you have some idea what will happen to the daredevil sportbike rider riding on 1 wheel at 89 mph on a busy interstate. A few weeks ago while on Interstate 64, I witnessed a pack of sportbiker riders coming up in the fast lane at about 80 mph. To my surprise, one of these riders was sitting on his front wheel fender with his hands behind him steering the bike. I had to wonder, what makes us so stupid on our bikes?
